Great location - It is .5 miles to Willard Beach and .2 miles to Cliffhouse beach, a 5 min drive to Portland and within walking distance to many restaurants, scratch bakery, the cookie jar(across the street) and live theater. Also walk to The famous Fort Williams state park

House Rules

- please wash dishes prior to vacating. Turn off lights. Take out trash.
- Washer Dryer in basement ask about usage
- there are tenants below you so please be conscious of that and take of shoes if you don't mind and there are wood floors so it will keep the noise down:)
Booking Guest must be 25 or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.

*No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.

*No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted for specific properties.

* No smoking is allowed in or around any property.

Please do not wear your shoes in the apartment.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.

If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.

Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.

Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.

The space
This unit is the entire 3rd floor of the building. You enter into a an outside 2nd floor staircase then into a small hallway and the unit is off the hallway. The ceilings frame the roofline so please refer to the photos to see that they are slanted in places. There is a heat pump located in the living room that supplies heat and a/c to the unit.

Additional notes
This is a third floor very private unit. Please take note that the roof line in slanted in some areas especially the bedroom with 2 twin beds. Pictures are accurate. Tv’s have Netflix and cable.

Neighborhood overview
Located in a beachside community within walking distance to two beaches and the Fort Williams state park which is home to the famous Portland Head Lighthouse. Popular cookie jar bakery across the street and a quaint market is a few doors down with great local produce and wines. Within walking distance to Terra Cotta Pasta, Davids 388, Elsmere BBQ, Scratch Bakery and Enio's which is amazing!!! Walk to Fort Williams for a lobster roll! About a 7 minute drive to Portland.
Getting around
There is one designated parking space next to the house in front of the garage on the far left next to the stairs. Many other spaces directly in front on the street.
