House Rules

*No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property. *No pets. * No smoking is allowed in or around any property. Please remove shoes when entering. Sorry if this is a pain but with the mud and snow we get in Maine you will understand why its a must. Please do not remove the cover from the outdoor furniture it is for summer/ spring/fall use only. Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests. Please turn off lights, ac or turn down heat to 60. Do not leave dirty dishes in sink. If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee. Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified. Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.

The space
This building oozes New England Charm with wide pine floors and great big windows giving it a bright but cozy feel. All furnishings and bedding have been updated to make it a beautiful and welcoming place to call home while here in Portland.

The entire second and third floor. Two units.
Additional notes
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Only the tenants who are renting should be in the building. EV charger is in the corner lot within a one min walk.

Getting around
You can park your car and leave it! You can walk anywhere in the city from this location.

Parking is not included with this listing but is easy to find. Weekends are unlimited on the street and weekdays there is a two hour limit. From 9-5 only. Meters can be accessed with passport parking app. Pleasant street, behind the building never has any limits. There is a lot and garage within a 2-3 min walk you can park starting at $17/day.

There is an EV charger station at the corner lot which is 2 houses away.
